Precision machining and coating services for custom castings, rebuilt components, and high-wear industrial parts requiring extended life.
Precision CNC milling supports custom castings, rebuilt parts, and coated wear components. Parkway-Kew Corporation can machine parts up to 72 inches in diameter for demanding industrial applications.
CNC turning complements milling for round components, sleeves, pulleys, and wear parts requiring accurate diameters, concentricity, and repeatable geometry before or after coating operations.
Manual turning adds flexibility for specialized parts, rebuild work, and components that require experienced hands-on machining alongside Parkway-Kew Corporation’s coating and fabrication capabilities.
Large diameter grinding capabilities reach up to 65 inches in diameter and 12 feet in length, supporting finishing operations for sizable coated and machined industrial components.
Wear parts can be fabricated with solid tungsten carbide inserts or assemblies when coatings are unnecessary, improving life over traditional tool steel in severe applications.
Ceramic, tungsten carbide, and metal alloy coatings improve durability against corrosion and wear, using technologies such as HVOF, plasma spray, and metallizing.

The process begins with your drawing, worn part, or application details. Parkway-Kew Corporation reviews dimensions, material, operating environment, wear patterns, and coating needs to determine the most practical machining and rebuild path.

Founder
Eugene Walter Klein is the visionary founder of Parkway-Kew Corporation, establishing the company in 1952 after identifying an innovative solution to a pressing industrial challenge. As a welding supply salesman, Eugene was approached by a valued customer seeking help repairing worn machine parts and improving their wear resistance. Drawing on his expertise, he recommended a specialized hardfacing wear-resistant weld alloy, proved the concept by welding the first test piece in his own garage, and secured the company's landmark first order to rebuild 100 wire drawing blocks. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep technical knowledge laid the foundation for what would become the world leader in hardsurfaced wire drawing blocks and capstans, a legacy that has endured for over 70 years.

President
Eugene Edward Klein Sr. serves as President of Parkway-Kew Corporation, carrying forward the legacy established by his father, the company's founder. Under his leadership, Parkway-Kew has experienced remarkable growth, outgrowing four separate facilities before relocating to its current headquarters in North Brunswick, NJ in 1999. Eugene has been instrumental in driving the company's continuous technological innovation, from the introduction of HVOF coating for wire drawing blocks in 1989 to the development of the proprietary Restore & Grind process. A recognized industry authority, he has traveled throughout the country delivering presentations on wire drawing block maintenance, cementing the company's reputation as the world leader in precision metal coating and hardsurfacing solutions.

Latin America Sales and Marketing Director
MBA Ing. Antonio Ayala R. serves as Latin America Sales and Marketing Director for Parkway-Kew Corporation, bringing an exceptional combination of business acumen and industry expertise to the role. As CEO of AA Enterprise, he leads Parkway-Kew's regional outreach across Latin American markets, connecting industrial clients with the company's world-class precision metal coating and wear-resistant solutions. A distinguished figure in the wire industry, Antonio previously served as President of Wire Association International (WAI, Inc.), demonstrating his deep engagement with the global wire and cable sector. His bilingual capabilities, executive leadership experience, and extensive professional network make him an invaluable asset in expanding Parkway-Kew's reach and partnerships throughout Latin America.
Custom CNC milled metal castings are cast metal parts machined after casting to achieve precise dimensions, finishes, bores, grooves, and mounting features. CNC milling removes material accurately and repeatably, making the casting ready for assembly or further finishing. Parkway-Kew Corporation can also pair machining with turning, grinding, and coatings when the application requires better wear or corrosion resistance.
