The Restore & Grind process selectively fills and blends only the drawline wear area of a coated block, restoring it to service without full recoating. This targeted repair approach allows 5–7 lower-cost repair cycles before a full recoat is necessary, dramatically reducing per-repair cost and keeping wire drawing operations running with minimal disruption.
