CNC Milling
Precision CNC milling supports custom wear parts, large components, and coated or uncoated fabrication needs. Parkway-Kew Corporation can machine parts up to 72 inches in diameter for demanding equipment applications.
Keep agricultural equipment moving with precision CNC machining, turning, milling, grinding, and wear-resistant part solutions from Parkway-Kew Corporation. Since 1952, our team has helped extend the life of high-wear components through accurate machining, durable materials, and proven coating expertise—supporting stronger uptime, better fit, and longer-lasting performance in demanding equipment applications.

Machining, grinding, fabrication, and coating solutions for durable agricultural and industrial wear components.
Precision CNC milling supports custom wear parts, large components, and coated or uncoated fabrication needs. Parkway-Kew Corporation can machine parts up to 72 inches in diameter for demanding equipment applications.
CNC turning helps produce accurate cylindrical components, sleeves, rollers, and rotating wear parts. This capability supports both new fabrication and repair work where concentricity and repeatable geometry matter.
Manual turning complements CNC operations for specialized components, repair work, and parts requiring experienced machinist control. It is useful for coated or uncoated wear parts with unique handling needs.
Large diameter grinding capabilities reach up to 65 inches in diameter and 12 feet in length, helping finish oversized parts accurately after fabrication, rebuilding, or coating application.
Solid tungsten carbide part fabrication improves wear life where coatings are not the best option. Designs can incorporate steel carriers and carbide inserts for stronger durability in high-wear zones.
Wear-resistant coating application uses ceramic, tungsten carbide, and metal alloy options to improve corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and durability for machined parts exposed to severe operating conditions.

We start by reviewing drawings, worn-part photos, dimensions, tolerances, and operating conditions. This helps determine whether the best path is CNC machining, rebuilding, grinding, coating, or a redesigned wear-part solution.

Founder
Eugene Walter Klein is the visionary founder of Parkway-Kew Corporation, establishing the company in 1952 after identifying an innovative solution to a pressing industrial challenge. As a welding supply salesman, Eugene was approached by a valued customer seeking help repairing worn machine parts and improving their wear resistance. Drawing on his expertise, he recommended a specialized hardfacing wear-resistant weld alloy, proved the concept by welding the first test piece in his own garage, and secured the company's landmark first order to rebuild 100 wire drawing blocks. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep technical knowledge laid the foundation for what would become the world leader in hardsurfaced wire drawing blocks and capstans, a legacy that has endured for over 70 years.

President
Eugene Edward Klein Sr. serves as President of Parkway-Kew Corporation, carrying forward the legacy established by his father, the company's founder. Under his leadership, Parkway-Kew has experienced remarkable growth, outgrowing four separate facilities before relocating to its current headquarters in North Brunswick, NJ in 1999. Eugene has been instrumental in driving the company's continuous technological innovation, from the introduction of HVOF coating for wire drawing blocks in 1989 to the development of the proprietary Restore & Grind process. A recognized industry authority, he has traveled throughout the country delivering presentations on wire drawing block maintenance, cementing the company's reputation as the world leader in precision metal coating and hardsurfacing solutions.

Latin America Sales and Marketing Director
MBA Ing. Antonio Ayala R. serves as Latin America Sales and Marketing Director for Parkway-Kew Corporation, bringing an exceptional combination of business acumen and industry expertise to the role. As CEO of AA Enterprise, he leads Parkway-Kew's regional outreach across Latin American markets, connecting industrial clients with the company's world-class precision metal coating and wear-resistant solutions. A distinguished figure in the wire industry, Antonio previously served as President of Wire Association International (WAI, Inc.), demonstrating his deep engagement with the global wire and cable sector. His bilingual capabilities, executive leadership experience, and extensive professional network make him an invaluable asset in expanding Parkway-Kew's reach and partnerships throughout Latin America.
Parkway-Kew Corporation provides CNC milling, CNC turning, manual turning, large diameter grinding, and wear-part fabrication that can support agricultural components exposed to abrasion, corrosion, and repeated mechanical stress. Services can be paired with wear-resistant coatings or solid tungsten carbide designs when a part needs longer service life than standard materials provide.
