CNC Milling
Precision CNC milling for heavy-duty wear parts and industrial components, supporting machined features, custom geometry, and fabrication needs up to large part sizes.
Parkway-Kew Corporation provides CNC machining services for heavy truck industry components that demand strength, accuracy, and long service life. From large-diameter turning and milling to grinding and wear-resistant part fabrication, our in-house capabilities help manufacturers, rebuilders, and heavy equipment operators reduce downtime, restore critical parts, and improve performance in severe-duty applications.

Precision machining, grinding, fabrication, and coating support for heavy truck and severe-duty industrial components.
Precision CNC milling for heavy-duty wear parts and industrial components, supporting machined features, custom geometry, and fabrication needs up to large part sizes.
CNC turning for round, rotating, and cylindrical components that require consistent dimensions, accurate surfaces, and dependable performance in heavy truck and severe-duty applications.
Manual turning complements CNC operations for oversized, specialized, or repair-focused components where experienced machinist judgment supports practical rebuilding and accurate finishing.
Large diameter grinding capabilities up to 65 inches in diameter and 12 feet in length help restore surfaces and support precision finishing after machining or coating.
Fabrication of solid tungsten carbide wear parts and redesigned assemblies helps improve component life where tool steel or conventional materials wear too quickly.
Wear-resistant ceramic, tungsten carbide, and metal alloy coatings can be applied to machined parts to improve durability against corrosion, abrasion, and wear.

We review drawings, samples, wear patterns, material requirements, and operating conditions to understand how the part fails in service. This helps our team determine whether CNC machining, grinding, coating, rebuilding, or a redesigned wear surface is the best approach.
Parkway-Kew combines machining capacity with advanced wear-resistance expertise for severe-duty parts.
Decades of machining and hard surfacing knowledge support reliable heavy-duty component solutions.
CNC milling, CNC turning, manual turning, and grinding keep critical work controlled internally.
Coating and fabrication options improve wear life, corrosion resistance, and equipment uptime.
Engineering guidance helps match materials, coatings, and machining methods to demanding applications.

Founder
Eugene Walter Klein is the visionary founder of Parkway-Kew Corporation, establishing the company in 1952 after identifying an innovative solution to a pressing industrial challenge. As a welding supply salesman, Eugene was approached by a valued customer seeking help repairing worn machine parts and improving their wear resistance. Drawing on his expertise, he recommended a specialized hardfacing wear-resistant weld alloy, proved the concept by welding the first test piece in his own garage, and secured the company's landmark first order to rebuild 100 wire drawing blocks. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep technical knowledge laid the foundation for what would become the world leader in hardsurfaced wire drawing blocks and capstans, a legacy that has endured for over 70 years.

President
Eugene Edward Klein Sr. serves as President of Parkway-Kew Corporation, carrying forward the legacy established by his father, the company's founder. Under his leadership, Parkway-Kew has experienced remarkable growth, outgrowing four separate facilities before relocating to its current headquarters in North Brunswick, NJ in 1999. Eugene has been instrumental in driving the company's continuous technological innovation, from the introduction of HVOF coating for wire drawing blocks in 1989 to the development of the proprietary Restore & Grind process. A recognized industry authority, he has traveled throughout the country delivering presentations on wire drawing block maintenance, cementing the company's reputation as the world leader in precision metal coating and hardsurfacing solutions.

Latin America Sales and Marketing Director
MBA Ing. Antonio Ayala R. serves as Latin America Sales and Marketing Director for Parkway-Kew Corporation, bringing an exceptional combination of business acumen and industry expertise to the role. As CEO of AA Enterprise, he leads Parkway-Kew's regional outreach across Latin American markets, connecting industrial clients with the company's world-class precision metal coating and wear-resistant solutions. A distinguished figure in the wire industry, Antonio previously served as President of Wire Association International (WAI, Inc.), demonstrating his deep engagement with the global wire and cable sector. His bilingual capabilities, executive leadership experience, and extensive professional network make him an invaluable asset in expanding Parkway-Kew's reach and partnerships throughout Latin America.
CNC machining for heavy truck components can include precision milling, turning, large-diameter machining, grinding, and fabrication of wear-resistant parts. Parkway-Kew Corporation focuses on high-wear industrial components where durability, concentricity, surface quality, and dimensional consistency matter. Components can be produced with or without advanced coatings depending on the application, material, and expected service conditions.
