HVOF Coating
Our high velocity oxygen fuel process deposits tungsten carbide and metal alloy coatings at speeds over Mach 2 for a hard, dense, and virtually defect-free finish.

Plasma Spray
Plasma sprayed chrome oxide ceramic (PK-1500) for wear surfaces that need extreme hardness and chemical resistance without a metal binder.

Thermal Spray (Metallizing)
Metalizing (PK-400) for dimensional restoration, and for wire drawing applications where wire must run mark-free. Refined at Parkway-Kew since we added the capability in the 1980s.
