Block Sleeving

Block sleeving — rebuilding a badly worn block.

Block sleeving is a separate offering. When a wire drawing block is too badly worn to recoat, we rebuild it with a forged steel ring that is shrink-fit to the block and then coated.

The result is a block with a fresh wear surface engineered from a solid forging — a full mechanical rebuild, not just a coating repair. The coating chemistry on top is selected to match the drawing duty.
