Fracking Plungers (PK-730 / PK-62)
New plungers, in PK-730 or PK-62.
Manufactured fracking plungers with PK-730 tungsten carbide or PK-62 nickel chrome wear chemistry — the same alloys we rebuild worn plungers with.
Fracking Plungers (PK-730 / PK-62)
New plungers built on the same chemistries we rebuild with.
Where the base plunger body is no longer serviceable, we manufacture a new one. The wear layer is the same chemistry we use in our rebuild service — PK-62 nickel chrome, the industry standard, or the proprietary PK-730 with added tungsten carbide for severe wear — chosen by wear pattern and pressure regime.
New plungers are engineered to the pump geometry the customer supplies and delivered ready to run.
- PK-62 nickel chrome, the industry standard
- PK-730 — added tungsten carbide for severe wear
- Sized to pump geometry from customer drawings
- Same wear chemistries as our rebuild service
