Restore & Grind is our proprietary repair process for coated wire drawing blocks. It fills only the drawline wear area on a coated block, then blends seamlessly with the original coating chemistry. The block goes back into service with the same surface it started with, at a fraction of the recoat cost.

A typical coated block sees five to seven Restore & Grind cycles before a full recoat is back on the schedule. That is the difference between a wire drawing block that runs for a season and a wire drawing block that runs for a decade.
